Deposits
A deposit ranging from $10 to $40 is required for each service booked. Price depends on the service. Deposits are non-refundable &may be transferred once if rescheduling is needed. All deposits go towards the service.
No Call/No-Shows
Clients who fail to show up to appointments without notice will be prohibited from booking future services through the site. However, you can still contact me directly to schedule an appointment. A 50% deposit of the service cost is required to secure your appointment in case of no-shows.
Grace Period
Each client is given a 10-minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled. Please contact me if you expect to be late, and I will try to accommodate you. Note that there is no late fee.
Rescheduling/Cancellations
Appointments should be canceled or rescheduled through the appointment confirmation email by clicking the cancel/change appointment button. Changes must be made 24 hours or sooner before the scheduled appointment date & time; otherwise, a new deposit will be required.
Refunds
All sales/services are final. If you’re not pleased with your service, please address it before completing your payment. If you’ve paid in advance for any service or package and are unable to make your appointment, you may reschedule for another day/time with a new deposit. If for some reason i’m unable to make your appointment, accommodations will be offered. If accommodations don’t work for you and your schedule, I’ll be happy to refund your payment due to my error.
Professionalism/Respect
I respect & value each of you. I strive to provide great service in a welcoming environment. Please note, disrespect or unprofessional behavior will result in being banned completely from booking any future services. Any monies paid towards the service will not be refunded.
