Which silk press service should I book for?

I recommend the Silk Press w/Hydration or Protein Treatment as an initial treatment for individuals experiencing hair challenges like dryness, brittleness, shedding, weakness,etc. On the other hand, the Basic Blowout is best suited for those with healthy hair.

What is considered a deep detangle?

Deep detangling is necessary when signs of matting are evident anywhere from the roots to the ends of the hair. If uncertainty persists, you can add it to your service. I deep detangling is not required, the additional fee will be waived.

Do you provide relaxer services?

I do not provide relaxer services; however, I do service clients who currently have relaxed hair.

If I bring my own hair will the service be cheaper?

You are welcome to bring your own hair, but this will not alter the cost of the service. Hair is provided for your convenience and mine.

If I wash my own hair, can the service be discounted?

If you prefer to shampoo your own hair, I completely understand. However, the cost of the service will remain unchanged.

Can you do this style?

If your desired style is not listed on site, I am always open to exploring new or different styles. Please note at this time, I have no interest in any weave services, such as wig installs, sew-ins, or quick weaves.

Is it possible for you to work with my child, as she is tender-headed and may cry during the service?

Yes, I am willing to work with your child. For initial visits, I prefer to schedule them on less busy days, such as Sundays, when there are fewer stylists and clients present at the shop. Please refer to the Kids Services section under the Things to Know tab for more information on potential disruptions at the salon.

Is there any additional availability not listed on your booking site?

I generally post all squeeze-in appointments for the upcoming week on Sundays via Facebook. Since these appointments are not displayed on the site, clients book them directly. It is important to note that squeeze-in appointments during regular business hours do not incur an additional fee. However, appointments scheduled outside of business hours are considered emergency appointments and require a up-charge.

Do you do 4c hair?

Yes, I work with all hair textures.
